Each page turn introduces you to a world you never knew existed... your imagination will run wild as you learn about this dark world. This is an experience, not just a book, and a must have for any natural history lover. The final chapter, chapter 7, puts it all into perspective with Dr. Dante's powerful conservation message. Like I said- you must experience this book. It's worth every penny.
This book is amazingly written and the images are stunning. My children and I have spent time looking at each image and learning about new bizarre creatures from across the country. This book has a great message of how these creatures need to be protected. I would recommend this book for anyone who enjoys science, photography, or well written books. This is a must have for any collection!
